Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will not renew at the end of the billing period. Yearly subscriptions are non-refundable but you can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your billing settings.

Yes. You can upgrade at any time from your billing settings within the application. The difference in price is prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle.
All data is hosted on AWS in the EU (eu-west-1, Ireland). We never transfer your data outside the EU. See our Security page for full details.
